SaaS Terms of Service

Plans & Billing — Subscriptions are billed in advance (Monthly or Annual) and auto-renew unless canceled before the next term. Taxes may apply.

Cancellations — Cancel anytime; access remains through the end of the current paid term. No

refunds for partial terms or unused time.

RefundsAll sales are final once a term starts. If you cancel within 24 hours of a new term and no user activity has occurred, we may refund the term minus non-refundable payment processing fees.

Upgrades & Downgrades — Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Payment Issues — If a charge fails, update payment details; continued failure may pause access until resolved.

Service Credits (Uptime) — If monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, you may request a service

credit up to 5% of that month’s fees within 30 days. Credits only; no cash refunds.

Data Export & Deletion — Admins can export data during an active subscription. After termination, we delete or anonymize customer data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
