• Account & usage: org name, user emails, roles, sign-ins, feature usage, logs, device/browser details.

• Customer data: content you submit to or generate in the Service (you control this data).

• Payments: limited transaction details from our processor (no full card numbers).

• Analytics/cookies: site performance and referral data (e.g., GA4).

• Affiliates: we may store a referral code to attribute referrals.

How We Use Information — Operate and secure the Service, provide support, process payments, analyze performance, and improve features.

Sharing — With service providers as needed (hosting, analytics, email, payments). We do not sell personal information.

Retention — Kept as needed to provide the Service and comply with law, then deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices — Admins may manage users, export data, and request correction or deletion (subject to legal limits).
